I realize that you may not have musicians lined up yet but when I went to the www.wnyblues.org site - there wasn't any information on any music in Niagara Falls.  You should have a link key to the Niagara Blues Fest specifically that includes appearances.

how it all started  it was a very hot summer day and toby and I were having  a safty meating  at the imperal   I was telling toby that monday I was meeting the niagara falls consel  about starting niagara falls musican hall of fame  well  when we were inspecting the safty equipment  we talked about how great it would be to have a blues fest  and at that time  I said toby come with me monday and see if the city would back  it  AND THEY DID  THATS HOW THE NIAGARA FALLS BLUES FEST STARTED
